 This is an online e-log book to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's informed consent. CHIEF COMPLAINT- A 17 years old female came to OPD with a chief complaint of weakness in the upper and lower limb since 4days. Tingling and numbness in the palms and soles since 4 days. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS - The patient was asymptomatic 4 days back  then she has sudden onset of pain in the calf muscles since 4 days followed by unable to stand from sitting position.
